Type of roles

OnePoint has the following predefined roles, but it also has the flexibility to allow its administrators to create the roles that are necessary for the operation and requirements of the business.

Types of roles

  1. Fulfillment: Has read permissions, can request quotes, update quotes, and process refunds. Doesn't have access to the admin screen.
  2. Robot Account: This user can only use the API (server for making requests without the interface) and read requests. Cannot create or update quotes, access admin accounts, or process refunds.
  3. Viewer: Only has read permissions and cannot perform any actions on the platform.
  4. Travel Agent Admin: Can create quotes, read, and update quotes/documents but cannot process refunds. In the admin section, it can only view the user management window.
  5. Disabled: Used when you want to disable someone without deleting their account. This user has no access to the platform or any actions within it.

Each role has the capability of having the following permissions. The permissions on each role will define what they're able to do.
